The lakeside forest is the highlight of this project, providing scale and privacy around the pool. Protecting the existing Oaks was a top priority for both the clients and JMR. With the landscape mostly established, our focus was smaller scale projects and planting fill-ins, along with improving connections between the main house and adjoining properties owned by the client.

Oak Oasis
The abundance of existing Oak trees on this inland lake property made it truly unique. Ensuring the continued health of these trees post-landscape installation was a top priority for the JMR team. We improved connections to adjoining properties and installed custom-built arbors at entrances. Additionally, a majestic 10″ caliper purple Beech tree was planted to enhance privacy and complement the scale of the residence and existing Oak trees. Seasonal annual rotations added vibrant pops of color and texture in strategic locations.
